Terms of service

  1. Who we are. This store ("Víbora Supply", "we") is operated by Alexandre Rosell Manso, trading as Víbora Supply, Avinguda Diagonal 111, 08005 Barcelona, Spain. Email: alexrosell03@gmail.com. Hosted on Shopify.
  2. Scope. These terms apply to all use of this website and all purchases. By ordering you agree to these terms and our Refund, Shipping and Privacy policies. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence.
  3. Products. Products are printed on demand. On-screen colours may differ slightly; minor print-placement variations are normal. Images are mockups.
  4. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in your market's currency and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you order. We may correct obvious pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
  5. Contract. Your order is an offer; the contract is formed when we email the order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g. unavailability, suspected fraud) with a full refund.
  6. Delivery. See the Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery to you or your nominee.
  7. Withdrawal, returns and guarantee. See the Refund Policy. EU/UK consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity.
  8. Intellectual property. All designs, artwork, text and branding belong to Víbora Supply and may not be used without permission.
  9. Liability. We are liable in accordance with applicable law; not for unforeseeable or business losses. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be excluded by law.
  10. Use of the site. Do not misuse the site, access it without authorisation, or use it unlawfully.
  11. Governing law and disputes. Spanish law applies. Consumers keep the protection of mandatory laws of their country of residence and may sue in their local courts. Please contact us first. EU online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged or committed to participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
  12. Changes. We may update these terms; the version published when you order applies to that order.
