Shipping
All products are made to order by our fulfilment partner Printful and shipped from the production centre nearest to you:
- EU (incl. Spain): EU facilities, so no customs for EU customers
- United Kingdom: UK facility where the product is available
- United States & Canada: North American facilities
- Australia: Australian facility where the product is available
- UAE & Gulf and other countries: shipped from the most suitable facility; import duties/taxes may apply
Production usually takes 2–5 business days. Rates and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout before you pay. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. Items in one order may arrive in separate parcels.
Returns
EU and UK customers: you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Contact us first and we'll explain how to return the item. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.
Other countries: because each item is made just for you, we accept returns for faulty, damaged or misprinted items. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged, defective or wrong item? Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return (or approving a faulty-item claim).
